PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster TM is a premixed cement-based mortar to substitute the traditional site mix wall plaster. The mortar consists of processed river sand which is graded and distributed as per particle size and proportionately mixed with cement. Hence it gives consistent quality with required sand mesh sizes in exact proportion which is most important for compactness of plaster. Further to have desired workability; special polymers are added in Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster.
The application method requires mixing of water before application and the mix is ready for plastering. Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster can be used for both external and internal plastering. It is very easy and supplied in convenient packing sizes for any plastering works.

HIGH STRENGTH
Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster graded sand composition provides better bonding, leaves lesser voids and provides high strength to masonry materials.
This makes it durable and long lasting.
CRACK RESISTANT
To ensure long lasting durability and zero cracks, Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster comes with added polymers and negligible silt content. It sets faster than regular plaster and controls cement shrinkage.
GOOD COVERAGE
It provides excellent coverage due to the mineral binders present in it. They not only reduce its density but also provide increased coverage. At a recommended thickness of 12mm, it covers 18-20 sq. ft per 40 kg bag.
ECONOMICAL
Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster is a cost effective, zero maintenance plaster that reduces the overall cost of repair and maintenance over the long term.
FASTER APPLICATION
Since Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster is premixed, application is much faster than conventional products. It is easy to use and reduces rebounding losses.

18 t0 20 Sq.ft /40 Kg Bag (for 10–12 mm thickness)
Proportion of Water:
17 to 19 % as per Weight
Shelf Life & Storage:
Has a shelf life of 6 months subject to stored in a dry location properly. As temperature, humidity, water addition and other parameters vary from site to site, the above information should be treated as a general guideline and keep it out of reach of children.

2 Kg, 5 Kg and 40 Kg bags
APPLICATION METHOD:
- Clean the surface with wire brush to remove dust and dirt.
- Add requisite quantity of water with Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster to get lump free consistency. Ensure that water is added to the ready-mix plaster.
- Before application of plaster the surface must be pre-wetted with water.
- Ensure the mixture is applied within an hour of preparation.
- Surya Ready-Mix Wall Cement Plaster should be applied manually using normal procedure.
- Exterior application during rains should be avoided.
- After 24 hours, when the plaster is completely dry curing is required for 2 times a day, for 2 to 3 days.
